$790,000 Bathing Experience

At the Milan Furniture Fair in 2010, BALDI exhibited an ultra-luxurious and crystal-clear crystal bathtub. BALDI's tub recently opened a high price of 790,000 U.S. dollars (about 5.35 million U.S. dollars). The natural appearance has opened up the price of embarrassment, people can not help but want to see its content.

The 2 meters long, 55 centimeters high bathtub came from Italy and was carved from a large white crystal stone. This crystal stone was mined in Brazil in the Amazon river basin in 2006. The appearance looks perfect and crystal clear. After being extracted, it is sent intact to Italy. There, the ingenious designer turned it into a beautiful bathtub, embellished with selected diamond accessories, while leaving part of the crystal stone unprocessed, thus retaining the original beauty of the crystal.

The sky-high bath is currently on display at the Harrods department store in Knightsbridge, London, and is expected to continue until the end of this month.

In fact, there are precedents for making bathtubs on crystal stones. A previous crystal bathtub had appeared at the Milan International Furniture Fair in 2008 and was immediately bought by a Russian tycoon at a price of US$850,000.
