“Yangtze River Delta” Joins Hands to Establish Brand Protection Network in Four Provinces and One City

Within three years, we will establish a brand protection collaboration network covering more than 2,000 brand-name products in the Yangtze River Delta region. We will implement differentiated guidance and services in areas such as inter-provincial construction, joint ventures and cooperation production, off-site sales, and brand recommendation and protection. Today, the quality supervision departments of Anhui, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, and Shanghai will sign the Action Plan for Cooperation and Mutual Recognition of the Four Provinces and One City in the Yangtze River Delta in Shanghai to further promote economic integration in the Yangtze River Delta region.

It is understood that the mutual recognition of quality and technical supervision in four provinces and one city includes the fields of quality, standards, measurement, food, special equipment safety supervision, certification, accreditation and counterfeiting. There are ten action plans for cooperation and mutual recognition.

The program also requires the formulation and publication of catalogs for brand support and protection for pillar industries, leading products, and key enterprises. All industries and brands within the catalog are involved in cross-province construction, joint venture production, off-site sales, brand recommendation, and protection. The implementation of non-differentiated guidance and services, at the same time, the implementation of provincial-level exemption from supervision and inspection and cross-provincial protection priority. We will strive to form a brand protection collaboration network of more than 10 China's world famous brand products, more than 500 China famous brand products and more than 1,500 provincial brand products in four provinces and one city. In addition, within three years, mutual recognition of inter-provincial technical regulations, technical standards, and conformity assessment procedures will be realized.
